Its been a massive week for Totally Nuts! Our commercial dehydrator (affectionately known as Big Mama) finally arrived (only 3 weeks late) with all due fanfare and drama. Getting her off the truck was a terrifying experience, with visions of this enormous beast crashing onto the tarmac. But, my friendly neighbour with the forklift was very skilful and did a great job. After three days she is in place and the kitchen walls are back on again – now all that’s left is for the sparky to plug her in, then we’re off!
